Trinity Terrace is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years. We are very proud of our history, our established reputation for excellence, and our community’s long-standing financial stability.
We are, and always have been, a not-for-profit, resident-centered organization. As such, we are continually reinvesting back into our community, expanding programs and services, and adding amenities that enhance residents’ lives.
Trinity Terrace, as a CCRC, offers the following levels of care and support, all on our campus:
-Independent Living for residents who do not need personal assistance
-Extended Living for residents who require assistance with the activities of daily living
-Home Health Care
-Skilled Nursing Care (short- and long-term) in our on-campus Medicare Certified Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
